As well as enjoying the outdoors the team at AOAC are passionate about teaching the life saving skills of first aid. Several of our team have key roles with local emergency services including ambulance service first responders, coastguard and search and rescue teams. 

We offer a range of fully accredited courses that meet and often exceed Health and Safety Executive guidance for workplace first aid and paediatric courses for those working with younger children and need an Ofsted compliant course. We also offer courses for fellow outdoor professionals for those who hold national governing body awards. Those looking for advanced level courses we deliver the industry leading First Response Emergency Care (FREC) courses at Level 3 and 4.
