Paddle Sport Course
2025 Courses are limited to adults only
We offer a range of opportunities in paddle sport for all abilities and using a range of craft including kayak, canoe and stand up paddleboards. We can support individuals from beginner level through to training and assessment to become paddle sport instructors.
Open Paddle Sport Sessions
These session offer an informal opportunity to receive coaching from one of our qualified instructors and coaches to support you in becoming proficient paddlers. Sessions are booked on a pay as you go basis.
Sessions are £25.00 per person.
Unfortunately we are unable to welcome those under 18 on these sessions unless they are accomonpanied by a parent/carer who must also be participating in the session.

Adur Canoe Club
We are proud to work with and support our local canoe club and share with them a passion to engage as many people in paddle sport as we can.
Whilst we offer a range of courses at the AOAC we are unable to offer a regular weekly club and encourage all of our paddlers who are looking to access more regular sessions to contact the canoe club. The club meets next door to the AOAC at the Scout Hut on a Sunday morning all year round and through the summer months on a Tuesday evening. They also offer pool sessions in the winter months and a variety of visits throughout the year.
Our open courses follow the personal performance skills developed by the canoe club allowing you to access the full range of their sessions regardless of the tidal conditions.
